Founded in January 2023, Delta W Engineering was born from the long-time dream of its Principals and Founders, Michael Wallace and Mayana Fernandes: to build an engineering firm that truly partners with architects and developers as part of their own team. Although Delta W Engineering is a young company, it stands on more than 13 years of combined professional experience in MEP/FP design, project management, and client relations. Since launch, the firm has successfully completed over 250 projects, always guided by quality, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.
